Available Room for Rent

Room in Beautiful Arlington Home!

I’m looking for a roommate to join me in a 3bd/2ba house that I’ve rented in Arlington, Va. I’m moving in this month and looking for a roommate to join me in late January or anytime in February. Rent for the room will likely be around $1200 (utilities not included) and there’s an extra room for a home office if interested. I’ll be using the loft area of the house as my office.

The house is lovely and has a sizable backyard! It is close to Arlington village and a short walk from the Village at Shirlington as well. Only about a 10/15 minute drive into DC. I’ve attached pictures of the house for reference, but they were provided by the previous tenant so all of the furniture/adornment will be different.

About me: I’m 30 and moving to the DC area from Atlanta, GA. I work remotely as an individual and couples therapist mostly working with LGBTQ+ populations. I enjoy walking, hiking, trying new restaurants, board games, book clubs, movie marathons, and sports like spikeball and volleyball. I also really like hosting little get togethers like potlucks, themed parties, board game nights, etc. I also have a dog named Winona Ryder! I’ve attached pictures of us after the pictures of the house.
