Hi! We are looking to find a new roommate for this lovely 3 bedroom apartment in Greenpoint. It has 3 beds, 1 bathroom, an outdoor patio, and access to a communal roof with some amazing views! On the outdoor patio, we have a hammock, grill, and an umbrella to enjoy the summer days. Indoors, we have a washer and dryer unit and the whole apartment is fully furnished, except for your bedroom.
The two roommates you will be living with are two females, Maggie (25) and Alex (27) - Maggie works at a local high school (which is remote due to Covid-19) & Alex works in sales. We are easy-going, outgoing, and clean!
The bedroom available has an AC unit and also a large walk-in closet, and a big window that lets in natural light. The rent is $1250, not including utilities.
