Roommate Wanted In Dreamy. Spacious 2BR Crown Heights Apartment

Located in the ever-exciting Crown Heights, this apartment is a dream! Occupying the top floor of a 2 story walkup you will find plenty of closet space, an in-unit washer-dryer, a living and dining room each with a cute skylight, and an office with a street-facing window that houses workout gear for the low-effort fitness baddies. Your bedroom has a built-in closet, and a big bay-view window facing the backyard of our home. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the building for additional privacy.

In the neighborhood, you will find a couple of coffee shops, Blink Fitness, plenty of Caribbean restaurants, and the finest fast food cuisine NYC has to offer. Lots of great bars and restaurants live just a couple of train stops away. Accessible from the A/C, 3/4 line, and the B46 bus you will have many ways to get around! There's street parking but be wary of double parkers. Rent is $1375 a month + utilities and internet.

I treat my apartment as a place of relaxation, I like to hang out in the living room after work and watch television. Common places are cleaned once to twice weekly, and dishes are washed every night. Garbage is collected 3 times a week and recycling is once a week. I'm clean but not a neat freak. The apartment is furnished but the setup is not complete, I'd like to decorate the space together.

My ideal roommate is BIPOC, in their late twenties- early 40's, clean, relatively laidback, and financially stable. I'm looking for someone that I can live comfortably with, split tasks with, and build a friendly relationship with as well. This is a small family-run building (not mine,) I'd prefer someone seeking long-term housing. If you are in a relationship that's wonderful, please do not have this person over all the time. No party animals.
