Mannix C - $1,800/month

Hi, I am a full time student at Baruch and I work part time as a bartender. I work around where I currently live but commute down to the city for school, so I am looking to find a place down here to make life a bit easier. Once I'm down here I'll want to look for another bartending gig within the city while continuing to go to school.
As a person, I like to be as organized as possible. Sometimes my room may get a bit cluttered, but I would never leave a mess in any common areas. I like to explore the city and check out new spots whether its a restaurant, museum, park, you name it.
This is all new to me, but I like to seize opportunity, so I'll look at any place I can and see what works for everybody.
