Hi I'm Grayson! A 21-year-old incoming financial analyst looking for a roommate or room for rent. I'm looking to find an apartment for a year lease falling between $1,300 to $1,800 in Manhattan in a good and safe location!
I work pretty long hours and will be working on my business venture on the side, but I'm super excited to move to the city and explore all it has to offer. I have a lot of interests, so I am always down to do anything. I love trying new things, having a night in to chat, and going out!
I spent my freshman year of college abroad living with six girls from different countries, so I am able to live well with many different types of people! I have lived with four roommates during my time at Villanova and have loved making a point to do things together and bond, but have also loved branching out and engaging in separate interests!
