402 Rosalie Shared Townhome

We are looking for a third roommate for our four story townhouse in Midtown / Montrose. It is a first floor bedroom with private full bathroom. The rest of the house is shared. It has a pretty nice kitchen, large open living room with dining room and hardwood floors. There is a guest bathroom on the second floor as well. Third floor is the two other bedrooms and laundry room. Fourth floor is a storage / guest room and rooftop patio. It's pretty nice to sit outside and watch the city from our roof.

It is a gated house and we have a 2 car garage and carport spot so 3 cars can fit comfortably.

Cost is 700 / month rent. We also pay electric (approximately 60-80 each), internet (40 each), and water (10 each) per month.

The house is pretty big and really nice for the cost.
