Kelsey T - $2,000/month

Hi, I'm Kelsey! I'm moving to LA to work at a local hospital and am hoping to be in the Hermosa or Redondo Beach area. I'm clean, pretty calm, social, and friendly. I'm an outdoorsy person, hoping to get more into surfing with the move! Ideally, I'd find a place walking distance to the beach, and would I love if there's a gym in the building or complex. I stay active, but otherwise am looking for a calmer living situation. I like to keep things neat and make sure shared spaces are clean. I'm not a big party person but occasionally like to hang out and cook with friends or play board games. In my free time, other than going outside, I love to read, I love music (I play flute), and I like to go to museums. With work, I sometimes have odd hours but I'm used to having roommates with a normal schedule so I manage that with meal prepping and setting up coffee and everything in advance and wear earplugs to sleep. It's also a huge plus for me if my roommate has a dog! I love dogs, and have been a dog walker in the past. Overall, what I value most in living space is helping it be somewhere we all feel comfortable to relax and unwind, and have fun sometimes too! I'd love to hear from anyone who thinks I might be a good fit for a space they have or who would want to find one together.
