My name is Victoria—I'm an educator and multidisciplinary artist originally from California. My partner Alek and I are moving to New York on August 1st and we’re looking for a room to rent long term.

A bit about us:
Me (Victoria): I live a quiet, creative life—teaching during the day and spending time writing, painting, or reading in the park. I don’t smoke, rarely have guests, and deeply value a peaceful, clean living space. I genuinely enjoy keeping things tidy—it helps me feel grounded.

Alek: Alek is a photographer and filmmaker who works in the restaurant industry. He’s warm, considerate, and equally committed to keeping shared spaces clean. He loves film, crocheting, and skating around the city when not taking photos.

We’re financially stable, happy to provide references and proof of income, and fully prepared to place a deposit. We’ll be in NYC June 7–11 and would love to connect with potential roommates and secure housing for August 1st.
