Hi, I am a library professional and grad student in Manhattan. Looking for a longterm room to rent in NYC - ideally Brooklyn or Queens. I have a car that I only use when traveling to visit family or friends outside of NY. I work full-time Su-Th or longer shifts Su + tu-th (rarely from home). I always clean up after myself and expect others be just as mindful. I'm introverted and prefer to relax after work but enjoy spending some evenings and weekends at shows, movies, and classes. I also love to read and play video games (solo gamer - I am not loud). I love flowers and gardening so I'm not interested in a basement room or anywhere with very limited sunlight. I'm fine living with others who prefer to keep to themselves or hangout more with their roommate.
