I like to play guitar, watch movies, read, and try to catch a show or go to a bar on the weekends. I'm a pretty easy to get along with laid back roommate. I don't mind guests and like to have people over on the weekends from time to time myself. I usually do some fun things like an Oscars party, and a memorial day party. I can sleep through anything so if you get in late or have a late night here it's always cool with me. My room can get messy but I keep common spaces clean as best I can. $1,130 Upper East Side Apartment for Rent
Looking to fill two room on the ground floor of an upper east side apartment on E93rd and 2nd ave. The apartment is a great location next to the Q, a couple of blocks from the 6, and up the street from some pretty cool restaurants, bars, and walking distance to Central Park and Randall's Island. I'm looking to fill two rooms of this 3 bedroom apartment. I smoke in the apt, but NOT cigarettes, which can be a no for some people. The rooms available are in the downstairs portion of the 2 floor apartment. You have to go down a spiral staircase to get to them. Bedroom 1 has access to the backyard which is only accessible through there. Its only for this apartment! Bedframe, Desk, Dresser, Lamp optional for $100. Bedroom 2 has its own half bath. Desk, Chair, Bed, AC and Storage also up for sale if wanted. Both are available starting the 25th but must move in by 12/1. Rooms will be on a first come first serve basis since there are two. The living room, Kitchen, full bathroom, and 3rd bedroom are on the main floor that you walk in on. Rent is $1,130 a month plus utilities. I don't have Cable but you'll have to pay a 3rd of the WiFi. I have a Smart TV in the main room that we use to stream stuff in lieu of cable, but we pay for all of those personally, so you wouldn't have to worry about that. I enjoy hanging out and being social but if you like to keep to yourself thats cool too. I have lived here with people of all genders, orientations, nationalities, etc. so no matter who you are, you will be welcome!
