Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over the lease starting December 1st instead of February.
The room is fully furnished, and since I’m currently away on vacation, I won’t be able to take the furniture with me. Everything is relatively new and in great condition! It includes a bed frame, mattress, standing desk, chair, dresser, closet, and mirror. You’re welcome to keep everything at no additional cost, and once you move in, you can do whatever you’d like with the furniture.
You’d be sharing the apartment with my brother (21) and sister (34). They both work throughout the day and are very chill. They’re just looking for someone who keeps the shared spaces clean, is respectful, and doesn’t bring the party home. Also, no pets are allowed.
There’s currently someone staying in the room, so I won’t be able to arrange an in-person tour, but I can send you pictures of the room and apartment. We can also set up a FaceTime call to go over everything and answer any questions!
