hey y'all, im Selvin, 27, im moving to NY for work, im studying Graphic Design, im clean, and I love animals, I do some some time so im 420 friendly, id love to live with people that I can create I good friendship, not the classic we split the bill and live together and that's it, im LGTBQ+ Friendly, Im a social drinker I hope to find someone who starts as my roommate and hopefully ends up becoming good friends. My main dealbreakers are disrespect, extreme messiness in shared spaces, controlling behavior, bad communication, I don't mine if you like partying or going out a lot
