My girlfriend and I are looking to rent out our extra room - we are easygoing, clean, and fun people!

We are close to ASU Tempe campus on Hayden and McKellips

🏠 Home Features:
• Fully furnished living and dining room (sofa, dining table, chairs)
• Washer, dryer, and refrigerator available for shared use
• No HOA and plenty of street parking
• Once our roommate moves in we will have a pool installed in the backyard

🛏 Room Details:
• Large bedroom and closet on the opposite side of the house from our bedroom with plenty of privacy
• Bathroom right across the hall from your room (we have our own)

📕Requirements:
• No evictions or criminal record in the past 3 years
• No smoking indoors (okay to smoke outside)
• We have a dog and a cat so if you have animals they would have to be able to get along

📌 Lease Information:
• Rent: $1,200/month
• Application fee: $50 (background check, non-refundable)
• Minimum lease: 6 months (earliest move-in: Jan 2026)
• Deposit: One month’s rent
• Split Utilities 3 ways ~ $150 a month
