- 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom, living room, and a kitchen room.
- It is a 2 floor apartment. We will be living on the second floor (only one apartment on each floor)
- Heat and water is included, but we pay electric and gas for stove and heating hot water.
- There are lots of room in shared space, we will also have our own closet space in living room.
- Our room is on the opposite side of house, we do not share walls.
- There is no Laundry in building but there is one few minutes walk from the apartment

Looking for someone to take over one of the room starting May 1st until July 14th (flexible)

***Please be able to clean after yourself in the shared space, no leaving dirty dishes in sink

Male age 28 with full time job at a fashion company. I work 5 days a week 9-6. During weekends I usually work at my design studio nearby. Moved from japan 1 year and a half ago for work.

I have been living here for about half a year.

I am organized and clean, calm and pretty chill.
