Hello! I am looking for s student or intern (preferably someone who is already seeking housing with found) to take over my lease until may! The building is gorgeous just hoping to go to a different part of town. The room is dorm style with a private bathroom and all utilities are included. Room is furnished for two people with a closet for 1700 month. Listed are all the amenities down below as well as huge communal kitchen that is kept in great shape. You must be a student or intern to live in the building and since my current roommate is female anyone who takes up this offer would need to be as well. My roomate moves out in December so after that you will be alone until someone else comes and fills the space (rent price will not change). Please spread the word!
