I'm 28, moving from CA to NY for a new job, and work as a designer in tech.

I'm pretty easy going, love a good mix of chilling with my roommates and keeping to myself, and generally keep shared spaces pretty clean.

I really like animated shows, try to have creative projects once in a while, listen to rap/hip hop/edm, and am really into cocktail mixing. Other interests include lifting, skating on my board, and taking pics of dogs from across the street.

I'm looking for someone who pays rent on time, is somewhat clean, and respectful. I'm gay so you gotta be cool with that, and ideally we'd be friends, but its fine if not.
