Alyssa T - $1,400/month

Hi!

My name is Alyssa. I'm a recent college grad, just got my masters from Manhattan College:) I had plans to move into the city with one of my friends, but she dropped out last minute so it's crunch time. I just got a job at Con Edison and really just looking for a good roommate that is friendly and clean.

Normally, my room is a little messy, but I'm very respectful of shared spaces. I'd love to grab a drink with you occasionally or just hang out every now and then ( but by all means we do not have to be best friends). Most likely, I'll be out of the apartment a lot as I'm a pretty active person (i.e. work, gym, friends). But when I'm home I'll probably be binging TV in my room. I also cook sometimes, but I'm pretty good about cleaning up right after, if not within 24 hrs. I'll probably have friends over occasionally, but we're all very respectful about cleanliness and sound - and you're welcome to join if you are comfortable with that. If not that's cool too:) I'm just looking to have a nice place with some nice company and if I make a friend along the way that's just an added bonus.
