With large windows facing Marpole Park directly across the street, there is no shortage of natural light and scenery. The apartment does have a small patio with a patch of view looking towards YVR airport. The renter would have their own private / unfurnished bedroom, though the rest of the apartment is furnished and tastefully decorated. If one had a few large furniture pieces they wanted to bring, that would be ok too. There is free parking on the city streets, but it is also conveniently located near public transit including buses to downtown, UBC and the Canada line.
