Bedroom available now can be furnished with full size bed (will alos fit a larger bed). Romm A/C unit in room.

Landlord will run free credit check. First month's rent and one month's security. Will consider couple for a higher rent. Ideally looking for a min commitment through next April 2022- possibly longer.
