$1375-Bedroom with private bath available now in 3 bed/3bath renovated apt. in Washington Hts.
One room (with 2 closets) is available now; another is available in mid May. Looking for a clean, respectful, and financially responsible roommate for my 1500 sq. ft. renovated apartment. Close to 2 trains. Gourmet kitchen with top end SS appliances and dishwasher. w/d in unit (and also add'l laundry in basement). Bedroom available now can be furnished with full size bed (will alos fit a larger bed). Romm A/C unit in room.
Landlord will run free credit check. First month's rent and one month's security. Will consider couple for a higher rent. Ideally looking for a min commitment through next April 2022- possibly longer.
We are a COVID careful apt.
