Apartment around Marine Park Brooklyn by Gerritsen Ave . I'm looking for currently 1 roommate. The room available is 10'L x 10'W x 9'H. I am asking $225 a week. To move in you will need a deposit of $1800 and 1st-week rent of $225. Electric and gas split 1/4. Free Wifi. No Couples, No pets, a lot of shopping, restaurants nearby, 20-30min to Manhattan, by Belt Parkway. Near the B31, B3, B100, B2, B44, and other bus lines. Close to the Q or B trains. Close to Marine Park, and King Plaza Mall. 20-30min by train to downtown Brooklyn.
The bedroom is currently furnished with a queens size bed, one 5 drawer dresser, and one 3 drawer dresser, but any items can be removed. You have a private closet and two shared closet, one for shoes by the front door, the other a walk-in closet for coats Sweaters, and two storage containers. The room has two large windows. So a lot of Sunlight. Lovely hardwood floors, high ceilings, Clean bathroom, clean and respectful flatmates.
Living arrangements are as follow, we share Living-room which is partially furnished, Kitchen, balcony, but I would only share the bathroom when I want to take a bath. Looking for Non-smoker, with okay - good credit, Proof of working. Must be clean, bug-free (I have no critters) easy going, drama free, and no-nonsense person. I workout in the morning so if you are a light sleeper this might bother you. An overnight guest is allowed occasionally, but advanced noticed via a txt is required by both of us. You must be willing to clean the apartment at least twice a month. You must recycle your garbage. We have a 24hr washer and dryer in the building.
