Gemma F - $1,000/month

I’m a senior at UCD and am looking for a person to look for places with or an available room with cool roommates in south Denver. I’m hoping to find a place between downtown and park meadows, so my work and school commutes are each 20 min or less.

I currently am working retail at park meadows and will hopefully find a full-time job this summer after I graduate. I prefer you to be close to my age, reliable, and clean. Most people I’ve met have been weird and I’m getting stressed. I got along really well with my last roommate, and I am non-confrontational, respectful, communicative, and pretty easy-going, I mostly am focused on school and work. I am pretty quiet and tend to keep to myself. I like hanging out with my dog, hiking, yoga, and baking. I appreciate art and music. I'm majoring in Biology too so I have a nerdy side.

I’m looking at places around $1400-1700 for two bedrooms (where I pay half, not including utilities and fees). I have a small dog (not even 20 lbs) and two bunnies that chill in a large cage. I clean up after myself and my pets. I prefer in-unit laundry since paying to do it in a complex sucks lol I’ve found some places that are pretty decent quality for the price and would love to sign, but I don’t make enough to qualify for a one-bedroom so I need to find a roommate. Most of them have easy access to i25 or a train.
