I'm living in NJ but will FaceTime or Zoom or do whatever I need to to help out. While I don't have a job as of yet, it is very easy to obtain a massaging job because it's in reasonably high demand and I will set up an interview upon moving. I do a good job of cleaning up after myself and helping out with whatever chores have to be done. During Covid, I also found a new love for cooking so I may offer to cook from time to time. I do smoke marijuana but if you don't and don't want smoke near the apartment, I will respect that. I like to go hiking, running and work out as well as watch TV and game in my downtime and am always looking for friends to enjoy that with. But if you want to keep to yourself that is quite alright with me. I'm not usually a party person, more of a small gathering guy, but I probably will go out every few weeks or so. I'm a night owl usually but if you aren't, I am pretty good about keeping it down. Overall I would like to look for a like minded person to share an apartment, townhouse or house with.
