About Me

I'm an English teacher at a public high school, and sometimes a writer. I'm originally from Cincinnati and have been in the city for about 9 years now. I lived in Brooklyn originally but am looking at upper Manhattan these days since I teach in the Bronx.

I have a cat, so I'm looking for roommates that A) are okay with a cat but B) don't already have their own cat. Sad but true. Mine is extremely social and great with people, but not great with other cats for whatever reason.

For the rest, an easy bullet-point list!

-I like music, movies, video games, and books
-I play a little bit of guitar but am fine with using headphones or just doing it when other aren't home depending on whether a roommate has an issue with it
-I'm an extrovert and love meeting new people
-I'm usually out at least a couple nights a week, but am home the rest of the time because my job often forces me to work in the evenings
-I'd love a roommate I can occasionally talk to or hang out with, but I'm also okay with roommates who aren't as interested in that
-I'd like to every once in a while have people over for a small get-together (~8-10 people at most, probably less), maybe 2 or 3 times a year, but I'm happy to work around other people's schedule when doing this

My maximum monthly budget 1,500
Move in Date Oct 2022
Lease Duration 1 Year
Age 38
Occupation Teacher
Pets Cat
Hometown Mobile, Alabama
Education Ma, Ms
Relationship Status Single

We think Christopher would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
