We live in a 3 bedroom apt and have a room for rent in Astoria next to a couple of supermarkets , laundry's & lots of shops, Our APT is on the 1st floor of the building , the room comes with 2 windows, approx 11' x 11' ,You'll also have a large closet outside the room, all to yourself
we all split the Gas and Electric bill . around 30 dollars a month this time of year with out the use of AC
3 bedroom apt with 1 bathroom , kitchen & its n the 1st floor too
My roommate is a male NYU grad & works as a Pro camera operator & I'm a male , professionals and respectful .old roommate is a girl
I'm a photographer and an actor
We are clean covid free , following covid protoclos and having fun
please no smokers ,no parties ,no couples.
