Looking for a roommate for a kips bay apartment :)

I’m looking for a roommate that’s responsible and a female (preferably in her 20s) for a new apt in the same building I’m currently living in! No pets and a nonsmoker. Rent would be around $2000 per person excluding utilities which would split. Super safe, nice doorman building with a health club that overlooks the city, rooftop, and beautiful unobstructed Empire State Building views from your bedroom window!! Building is located on E 36th and 1st between first Ave and the river. It is a true 1bed/1bath and your room would be a flex room. Looking for someone ready to move in March 1st or sooner!! If you’re interested I can see if we can get in sometime Monday to have you view the space as I’m looking for someone to commit soon so we can get the paperwork in asap to reserve the room. They were painting the apartment when I went in to take pics, hence the plastic coverings. Where the man is standing would be roughly where the flex wall would be installed. Plenty of stage space with large closets.
We would both be on the lease and it would be a minimum of one year. Please contact me if you're interested to get you in to view asap, as we would have to move quickly with paperwork to secure the apartment. Also, they were painting the apartment when I went in to take pics so that’s why it was messy.
