I have a 3-bedroom, 2.5 bedroom home and am looking for a responsible, drama free, adult housemate. Should you move in, i consider you part of my home and not just a renter in my house. I like wine, gardening and all things Netflix. My ask is that you respect my property, be clean and not bring guest over to stay the night less we’ve talked about it in advance.
