I am a 40 year old queer IT professional and comedian looking for a clean and reliable room to call home starting (flexibly) Nov. 1st.

Convenient access to comedy clubs in Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan is my priority and it's why I'm moving to NYC.

I love animals, cooking and reading. I'm open to socializing with roommates but don't expect to spend much time at home.

I work in the cannabis industry in building automation, income and credit requirements should not be a problem. I am moving from Santa Monica so if we can coordinate it means less money spent on a hotel room before I move in.
