I'm a divorced dad of 3 boys, one still at home and with me every other week. He's 19 and works part-time. I'm renting my house and been here for 12 years. I'm on a month to month lease, it-s up at the end of September.

I have an unfinished basement that was my oldest son's living area but he moved out and is married now. Its a walk-out basement with a sink and toilet but shared shower upstairs. There's a nice hot tub on the patio too. There's some furniture that can be used or moved out.

The house is located in south suburban Denver in Highlands Ranch near Park Meadows mall. There's a garage space available too. It's next to a walking trail and a small park in back so plenty of privacy.

I'm seeking help with the rent and help with yard work, etc. Im also interested in moving in September (or sooner) and would like to continue the relationship on a new, updated property.
