A New York native looking to move closer to City College (Uptown) or stay nearby in Astoria Queens. I am currently in graduate school pursing my master's to become a social studies teacher, although I am already teaching ELA at a charter school in the Bronx.

I am pretty social and easy going. I'm the type of roommate that will ask how your day is but will also give you your personal space. I'm not an obsessive cleaner but usually take one weekend morning to do cleaning chores.

Biggest things I'm looking for in a roomie situation - a roommate who communicates well / doesn't have a problem being clear about their expectations, someone who is considerate and clean, and someone who's friendly in our common times. I am big on creating a cozy environment and would love to be able to share the living room space.
