Private Rm for Rent - Small

Hello!

The landlords are very communicative.
The security deposit is $1066.67; and the room is ready for viewing/ move-in.
I myself am in my mid 30s; the other roommate is in her early 30s and her preferred pronouns are she/her/hers.
The house is quiet and we prefer it that way.
We also are taking the pandemic seriously and are following COVID guidelines; I myself have chosen to be vaccinated.

Per the lease, no pets are allowed without written permission from the landlord.
Also, per the lease, no more than 3 individuals can live here at one time.
Must clean up after oneself and assist with the house (lightbulbs, etc) as we are responsible for all utilities, and be willing to communicate with landlords.
As this is a working household, be mindful of your volume during weeknights.
