I am a Graduate Student at NYU studying Performing Arts Administration, and am looking for a new lease as I enter my last year of studying. I am originally from Australia and have lived in NYC for just over six months now, and I am an aspiring theatre producer/manager. As a roommate, I like to have a casual friendship/someone that I can hang out with and get to know, but I also value personal space and time when needed. I have a 9 - 5 schedule and enjoy getting out of the house a lot. I am an early morning person, but am also happy to stay up late. My ideal living situation would be with people whom I can be friends with and share basics with, and someone that has a similar lifestyle and enjoys exploring the city and getting out of the house :) I am super flexible with different people's lifestyles, but always appreciate clear communication and cooperation
