We have a private bedroom available with a walk-in closet and your own personal (but not en-suite) bathroom, ready for immediate move-in. The home is fully equipped with modern Samsung appliances, including two refrigerators with ice makers, an in-unit washer and dryer, central air conditioning, and high-speed 1GB internet. We also have a coffee and espresso bar for those who love their morning brew, as well as tandem private parking for convenience. Your room and bathroom would be on the first floor, along with the kitchen, living room, and a 60-inch TV. However, since the upstairs bedrooms have their own TVs, the living room TV is rarely used—but you are more than welcome to enjoy it.
