Sheryl S - $1,800/month

I'm a lady in my mid-30s who is looking to cut expenses and find a room/roommate in a safe, inviting space. I have a very well-behaved 12-year old mixed breed pup who is super sweet and shy. She does well with other dogs who respect her space and we'd be happy to live in a place where there is a friend for her. I will always take care of my pup and wouldn't expect anyone to do that, but would be happy if we found a place where our roommate also had a love for dogs. We moved from North Carolina back in 2016 and currently work in the entertainment industry. For now, my job is pretty stable as I work on the TV studio side. I work from home one day per week (but imagine that I'll be back in the office full time soon enough).

I'm very respectful of people's space, time, and personal belongings. I love watching movies and TV and striking up thought provoking conversations. I'm happy to share meals together every once in a while and do our own thing most of the time. I'm still building my community, but I do spend outside of the home on weekends, spending time and catching up with friends. I'm pretty introverted, but I like meeting different types of people from different places and backgrounds. Growing up in the military, I'm very accustomed to change and am not afraid of new experiences. Hoping to find a place we can stay more long term, where I can focus on saving money and building on some stability for myself and my future. Happy to meet and see if it would be a good fit!
