This 4 bed 3 bath is located in a great neighborhood convenient to transportation to the city shopping, pick up and drop off at car park for an easy commute, hiking trails, local shopping, library - etc - All within walking distance. Thee is also easy access to 36 to get to Boulder & Denver. (Broomfield Flex Ride is available which makes getting around easy for those that don’t have vehicles)

I am offering the Master bedroom w/ an en-suite bathroom AND walk in closet at a little higher cost. Included is all utilities and Wi-Fi, basic bath and kitchen cleaning products. I provide bedspreads and bed linen which I wash bi-weekly all included in the rent - we share the cost of weekly house cleaner so the home remains fresh consistently.

This peaceful home has an on-site manager to ensure privacy and respect for what is being provided to maintain a mutually beneficial co-sharing experience and to address any requests more easily & quickly - I am looking for a roommate who will appreciate how rare this opportunity is to co-exist in a home where sharing is safe and easy by having all the nuts and bolts in place.
