Trustworthy, clean, rescue dog advocate that primarily works from home. Looking for someone that could jive well with me and my 3 rescue pups. I own a 4 bed/4 bath home near downtown Parker. You would have the entire finished basement to yourself. The basement is approximately 1100 square feet with a large bedroom, two closets, a three-quarter bath & huge living room area which could accommodate your furniture if you have it or could be used as an office space, workout space or storage as well. We would share the main level (kitchen, dining room, laundry etc). Rent includes all utilities and high-speed Internet. Since I already have three dogs, I would prefer to find someone that is not bringing additional animals, but I might consider one additional male dog in the house if a meet n’ greet went well. My dogs are not always friendly and welcoming to other dogs, but I have seen them get along with some. I still have a roommate in the space, but happy to show the space while he is here. I typically do month-to-month tenancy, But I’m looking for someone that will commit to at least six months
