I'm moving to SF for work and looking for 2-3 roommates to move into a place sometime either this month or Feb (I'm flexible) and would love to make a co-ed house/apartment. It'd be nice to not go any further west than Inner Richmond and something above the Tenderloin. Ideally I'd like to pay less than $2,000/head (flexible here too). I have a little indoor/outdoor cat, Felix, that LOVES people that would come with me and would love to meet you!

About Me: I'm 28, pretty social, excited to explore the city (first timer), respectful/clean, outdoor enthusiast and bit of a nerd. Hobbies I love: hiking, backpacking, riding my motorcycle, cooking, fitness, music (playing instruments or seeing shows) and vidija game.

Ideal Roommates- Cool with cats, done raging 24/7 but still social, respectful, steadily employed, like hanging out while at home.
