1 unfurnished Room in a 3 bedroom 2000 sqft house.

Quiet neighborhood with lots of natural landscape and friendly neighbors. Very safe area with plenty of parking.

13'x10' Room with 4 1/2"x 2 1/2" closet. The room has two big windows and newly plaster painted walls

Hallway/Laundry room: Brand new Maytag washer and dryer.

Kitchen: Dishwasher and garbage disposal. Huge Samsung French door refrigerators with ice machine, Brand new GE convection/microwave oven and Electric Range. Plenty of counter space with kitchen table.

Bathroom 1: Bathtub/shower, Towel closest. Plenty of counter space and huge vanity. (shared with one roommate).

Bathroom 2 Part of the Master bedroom.

Back Yard: Private outdoor patio.

Huge living room: Wall mounted flat screen TV, fireplace, couches dining table and bar top.

Roommate 2. Working professional male 30 years old. Works in Oakland as an electrical engineer for EBMUD. Enjoys rock climbing and working on his Audi and motorcycle.

Rent includes Internet and Trash bill. PGE and EBMUD is split evenly.

Rent does not include monthly house cleaning but we prefer to have this service which cost about $40 a month.

Deposit with first and last month’s rent is required. Be prepared for a credit check.
