Shared living you are renting a “bed only” either a single bed for $575 per month or full size bath For $600 per month. For women and children only, free utilities. This is temporary housing, We assist in finding jobs, childcare and housing subsidies through various nonprofits to get you into your own affordable housing. "The Magnolia house" is a bridge between homelessness and affordable housing for a lot of women and we have helped place over a dozen women in the past two months into permanent affordable low income housing. You're more than welcome to come take a tour and speak to some of the women and hear directly from them about "The Magnolia house"!
