Louis B - $750/month

Currently I’m a student looking for a spare room for rent. Ideally I would like a private room for $750 or less, but I’m open to paying a bit more if necessary. But a little bit about myself, I’m a Black male, 28 years old. Currently working on my studies, and various other side projects such as website development, a book club, podcast, etc. I’m also into investing, such as stocks and real estate, which I like to converse about if also interested. Some of my hobbies include reading, hanging out with friends, going to the beach, various outdoor activities, playing video games (although I don’t have a console of my own at the moment. Still love gaming tho), amongst other things. At the moment I drive Uber full time while I work on my studies and personal projects. I’ve been living with a housemate for the last 5 years and I’ve never been late on rent, so paying on time should not be an issue ever. But to sum up everything, I’m a very easygoing person. I’m very easy to talk to easy to get along with, you can count on that.
