I’m a long time resident of Covina who is looking to move but remain close to Monrovia area. I’m looking to rent for a minimum 6 months. Is your room available and for rentals of this length? If so, I would like to view your room. My credit history is solid and no prior evictions.

I’m a quiet, neat, older gentlemen who otherwise is full of life and enjoys outdoors activities (COVID-190 issues notwithstanding) and staying healthy.

Also COVID-19 resistant with 3+ years use of Purity Products OJC and 1MD Probiotics. Both products are designed to build, among other things, one’s immunity system to its maximum levels. I’m physically active and have no underlying medical conditions. Of course, physical distancing guidelines (Phrase "social distancing" misses the point, I think) will be observed.
