Brandon S - $1,300/month

I'm 24 years old and moved to Conshohocken a year ago after finishing undergrad in Florida. Unfortunately my current roommate will need to go into the office on a more regular basis soon so he is moving so his commute will be shorter. I mainly work from home now, but my office is in King of Prussia so on the occasion I do have to go in I'd like to be within commuting distance. I'm pretty laid back and think being friends with roommates is great, but I'm fine if that's not what you're looking for out of a roommate. I work Monday - Thursday and am taking graduate courses online so I keep pretty busy during the week. I enjoy exploring the areas I live in and look forward to being able to do that more easily when the pandemic is over. Under normal circumstances I generally like to keep a balance between going out and staying in chilling.
