Large private room and private bathroom connected.
In unit washer and dryer, furnished living room and kitchen. Can leave some furniture if interested (bookshelf, desk, bathroom items, etc.)
I’m looking for someone to sublet either late May-August 28 (end of my lease) and option to continue lease on their own if wanted.

In University City, close to Drexel University and University of Pennsylvania.
Quiet area, mostly student occupied neighborhood. Free parking in front of apt, space in back for a bike.
