My two roommates and I are looking for a 4th roommate to move in. The house is fully furnished except for the room(s) which has some furniture which you can keep or we can get rid of before you move in. We’re located close to two ends of the red line metro and 15 minutes from Rockville. Rent would be $1000-1200 before utilities, electric, & internet. Must be okay with cats since we have 3.
