Lola P - $800/month

I keep to myself and I'm good with that — I'm not looking to make a friend, though I'm always kind and easy to live with. I'm an early riser; if I'm up late it's for studying, making art, or talking to my girlfriend on the phone. I work from home most days, sometimes heading out to a coffee shop or co-working spot for a change of scenery. I'm clean, low-key, and pretty quiet — no TV, no drinking, music stays soft when it's on. I keep common areas extremely clean and expect the same in return.

The only overnight guest I'll have is my partner. I'm very sensitive to fragrances and chemicals, so I don't use anything toxic or scented, and I'd need the same consideration from a roommate. I have a daily spiritual practice (chanting/meditation) and spend a lot of time outside — walking, working out in the sun, just getting fresh air. I don't cook much. I have my cat, Sawyer, who's part of the package. I mostly stay in my room and do my own thing, but I'm respectful and easy to coexist with.

Looking for someone respectful, quiet, clean, and comfortable with a roommate dynamic — not needing to talk all the time or become close friends. I need to move in by July 31st, and I'm looking for a 6-month to 1-year timeframe.
