My name is Diante, and I'm a nerd. I work 2 jobs currently, so you wouldn't see me around a lot. I also spend a lot of time in my room anyway so I wouldn't be out often.

I tend to leave the state to visit my girlfriend and vice versa, but it's usually every few months out of the year.

I'm not super focused on amenities with spaces and apartments. I only care about a few things: Clean water, working HVAC, working water heater, clean apartment, in-unit (or cheap) washing and drying, and fiber optic internet. The internet tech is the most serious one to me as I do tech work and need to get into networking.

I'm pretty clean, and will probably keep a lot of the space clean myself, but I definitely don't' mind working around a schedule.

I'm pretty easy to get along with as long as we're on the same page and communicate well.

I'm even willing to pay more near my max in rent and utilities as long as we can agree on responsibility delegation!
