I am quiet mostly. I like to listen to some music but headphones can be used. I value a quiet home mostly. I don't watch much TV. I wake up at 4, but try and be quiet as I can until 8a.m. I go to bed early. My medication makes me tired and sleepy so I sometimes go to bed right after dinner, I have staff over daily for about an hour each morning. I enjoy going on walks and keeping a clean house. I have family over once or twice a week for an hour or two.
