As a roommate, I'm reserved/laid back but friendly and am looking for someone who can match that energy. I work in health tech, but also work on a fair amount of photography and other small projects. I cook a lot (and like to share when I cook in bulk) and like to have a few friends over at a time to hang out. Cleanliness and respect are valuable to me. I want to have an apartment that's comfortable/fun to live in, and to be able to both relax when I need to, and hang out from time to time.

I'm looking for a someone to share my new lease - which starts on 24 February - but there is also an opportunity to sublet the room starting in January. The apartment is beautiful, well-located (L,G, J, Z, M are all walking distance), and has access to both a large private balcony and a nice roof that's good for entertaining. Folks of all identities are extremely welcome.
