Join me in this enormous (1100 sqft) prewar apartment in Bushwick. I've been here for two years and my roommate just moved out.

- Again, enormous, there are fully two living rooms and a separate eat-in kitchen.
- Lots of great natural light (hopefully you're better at taking care of plants than I am)
- Dishwasher, big refrigerator, lots of cabinet space in kitchen
- Nice bathroom with storage, countertop space, and a window in the shower

- No neighbors except upstairs, and we have a great relationship with them
- Common areas mostly furnished (less than in photos cuz roommate moved out)
- Plenty of room for your common area furniture if you have any - otherwise plenty of space to make the apartment look however we want!
- I ideally wanna set up a lot of common space for making: art or other projects. So if you're looking to build a live-in studio, this is the spot for you!

Rent is $1500 plus utilities until June 1, at which point if you'd like to stay it will be going up to $1625.
