I have a 2 bed/2 bath apt in prime Williamsburg location. I’m looking for someone to take one of the bedrooms. Apt is steps from McCaren Park, close to Bedford L, and is really beautiful. W/D in unit, spacious kitchen, outdoor pool, awesome gym. Currently we are locked into a lease so the price is $2600 per person. Upon renewal it will go up to around 3k a person. I’m looking for someone to ideally resign with me. Apt is a steal for the current price and one of the nicest I’ve seen in the area.
