Hi! I've been living solo in the city for a few years and I'm looking to end up in a more interesting neighborhood (the bar is midtown east) and a someone cool to share it with. I'm working from home 2-4 days a week, so I want to find something comfortable as well as close to downtown manhattan. Maybe wishful thinking in nyc, but I don't mind sifting through listings and making it a challenge.

I love to go out and experience new things, especially if those things are movies or food, but I do like my space more on the chill side. I'm looking to sign for august 1st, and I want to be in or close to downtown manhattan, but outside of that I'm just looking for good vibes. And maybe a washing machine.
